Rotary Kiln Filters:
Due to high temperatures (>200°C) and abrasive dust, filter bags made of fiberglass, PPS, P84, or PTFE are used. The chemical composition of the gas must also be considered when selecting the appropriate media.Alkali Bypass Systems:
For gas environments with high chlorine and alkali content, fiberglass or PTFE-based filter bags are preferred.Coal Mills:
Because of the explosion risk, antistatic materials are required, along with resistance to moisture and heavy dust loads. Common options include polyester, acrylic, or PPS with antistatic treatment.Cement Mills:
For abrasive fine dust and high dust loading, filter bags made of mechanically strong polyester or specially blended acrylic materials are used.Clinker Coolers:
Filters made of aramid or fiberglass are suitable due to their resistance to thermal shocks and abrasion.General Dedusting:
In low-temperature and moderately abrasive environments, surface-treated polyester filter bags provide an efficient and reliable solution.
