Luft Pleat: Compact Design, Maximum Filtration

Luft Pleat is an efficient and cost-effective filtration solution that significantly increases the filter surface area compared to conventional bag systems. Thanks to its pleated design, it offers 50% to 150% more filtration surface than traditional bags of the same diameter and length. This enhances dust collection system capacity while reducing energy consumption and maintenance frequency.

Luft Pleat can be directly adapted to existing systems without any body modifications. Its specially designed bag mouth allows for easy installation into standard cell plate openings.

Special Cage Requirements

Luft Pleat filter bags require specially designed support cages to ensure the pleated structure maintains its integrity and performs optimally. These cages prevent mechanical damage to the pleats while supporting the filter shape throughout operation.

All compatible cages and connection components are also supplied directly by Luft Filtre to guarantee full system compatibility.
