Reverse Air Filter Bags (RABH): Reliable Filtration Under Challenging Conditions

Structure and Working Principle of RABH Filter Bags
In reverse air systems, dirty air flows from the inside of the filter bag to the outside, causing dust to accumulate on the inner surface of the bag. Filter bags are typically secured with a spring-loaded or J-bolt suspension system at the top, while the bottom end is tightly sealed to a plate. During the cleaning process, the airflow is reversed, and low-pressure air inflates the filter bag to dislodge the dust collected on the inner surface.
To prevent the bag from collapsing and deforming during cleaning, anti-collapse rings are sewn at regular intervals on the outside. Cleaning is usually performed compartment by compartment, offline, which helps maintain continuous filtration.
